How do I cancel a meal?

Open the Myna app and cancel the specific day or meal slot you don't need. Cancel in advance and the full amount is refunded to your wallet.

What are the cancellation cut-off times?

Cancel in advance (before 8 PM the previous day) for a full refund. Cancelling after 8 PM for the next day carries a 50% penalty. No refund is possible for breakfast after 2:00 AM, lunch after 8:00 AM or dinner after 3:00 PM on the day.

Is there a limit on how many days I can cancel?

On the Standard plan there is no limit. The Essential plan refunds cancellations for up to 10% of your meals.

Where does my refund go?

All refunds are credited to your Myna wallet. Wallet credits carry forward to your next subscription or orders.

There is no pause button to hunt for: to pause, simply cancel the days you do not need. Cancel a day in advance and the amount goes back to your Myna wallet. Cancelling after 8:00 PM for the next day carries a 50% charge, and a meal cannot be refunded once its cut-off has passed. On the Essential plan, refunds are limited to 10% of the plan's meals; the Standard plan has no limit.

Wallet balance can be used to renew your subscription, place one-time orders or buy add-ons, so money for meals you skip is never lost.
